AI experiences for events and brand activations

AI works on the floor when it gives each guest something personal in seconds: a greeting by name, a preview of the product on them, a score for their performance or a portrait to keep. We build these experiences and run them with consent and data built in.

What AI adds at an event

Most event content is the same for every guest. AI makes it personal: the screen knows your name when you arrive, shows the product's result on your own face, scores how well you sang, or turns your photo into art. Personal moments are the ones guests share, and they create a natural point to ask for consented contact details.

Welcome AI Avatar

When a guest checks in with a QR pass or RFID card, an on-screen avatar greets them by name at the entrance. It is part of our event registration system, so the greeting, the check-in and the live headcount come from the same guest list.

AI try-on and look previews

Guests see how a product would change their look before they buy, such as an AI before-and-after we built for a grooming brand's clean-shave activation. The output is delivered to the guest's phone with the brand's message, and the session is logged for the brand.

AI scoring and performance games

A karaoke booth we built for a music brand let guests pick a track, sing on camera with filters and leave with a branded cover of their performance. Scoring, leaderboards and challenges turn a booth into a competition that keeps a crowd around it. See also event games.

AI portraits and avatar walls

Guest photos become illustrated portraits, word-art prints or tiles on a live avatar wall that fills up during a conference. For a single booth format, see the AI photobooth.

Bilingual and pledge experiences

For large public events, a guest types their name and receives a pledge certificate in English and Hindi, ready to share. We ran this kind of bilingual pledge experience at the Mahakumbh 2025 for a grooming brand.

Consent, data and brand safety

Every AI experience asks for consent before capturing a photo or contact, stores only what the brand needs, and is tested on a range of faces and lighting before the event so outputs stay on-brand. The brand receives session counts, shares and consented contacts on a dashboard.

Running AI on the floor

AI experiences need a camera, a screen or kiosk, stable power and a network connection with an offline fallback. We confirm these during recce and keep each session short so queues move.

Choosing the right AI format

Pick the AI moment by what the brand wants guests to remember. A greeting by name suits conferences and dealer meets where hospitality matters. A try-on or look preview suits products people need to see on themselves. Scoring games suit crowds that enjoy a challenge, and portraits suit launches and celebrations where sharing is the goal. One well-run AI moment usually beats several half-finished ones, so we suggest starting with one and adding a second only when the space and staffing allow.

Frequently asked questions

What AI experiences can be used at events?

Welcome AI Avatars that greet guests by name, AI try-on and look previews, AI scoring games such as karaoke, AI portraits and avatar walls, and bilingual pledge certificates.

Can an AI avatar greet guests by name?

Yes. The Welcome AI Avatar is linked to QR or RFID check-in, so it greets each guest by name as they enter.

Do AI experiences capture leads?

Yes. Guests give consent and contact details before receiving their output, and the brand sees sessions and contacts on a live dashboard.

Is guest data safe?

We collect only what the brand needs, with explicit consent, and agree storage and retention with the brand before the event.

How is AI different from a normal photobooth?

A normal booth prints the photo as taken. AI transforms it into a portrait, a product preview or a scored performance, which is more personal and more likely to be shared.

What hardware is needed?

Usually a camera, a screen or kiosk, a PC and a stable network with an offline fallback. We can supply the full kit.

Can the experience run in Hindi and English?

Yes. Outputs, certificates and on-screen text can be bilingual.

Do you run AI experiences across India?

Yes. Clogik is based in Navi Mumbai and delivers across India, including multi-city programmes on one dashboard.
